This rare treasure has some clearly visible wear/age, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition!The wear, however, should be carefully examined/considered BEFORE buying. The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris or a BCE. The binding is firm and holding tight!The original fold-out chart is present and fully attached!All of the pages and illustrations are present, fully attached and still surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf/age wear along with…Scuffing/marks/creases/wear to the spine, the front board and the rear board. The wear is particularly noticeable on the spine, at the corners and near/along the edges. The wear is clearly visible!Marks/wear to the edge/fore pages. The wear is particularly noticeable on top edge pages!Toning/age discoloration to the pages.Creases/marks/wear to the pages. Varying in size and severity and particularly noticeable on certain pages. The wear is clearly visible!Wear to the fold-out chart. While the chart is fully attached and in nice condition, there is come clearly visible wear!Three previous owner stamps! There is a stamp on the first, blank page, on the title page and on the rear pastedown/inside rear board. The stamps read “Return in 10 Days to Dr. Bruce M. Harrison 843 W. 40th Place Los Angeles, Calif.”. All three stamps are clearly visible! All of the wear previously mentioned is clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered.
