Grosset & Dunlap continued to reissueThe Hound of the Baskervilles into the 1930s using the red cloth binding with and without black lettering on the front board.

This is an Easton Press edition of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle with illustrations by Frederic Dorr Stelle, Sidney Paget and others. The book is in wonderful condition and either has not been read or just lightly handled. The binding is tight and the pages are clear. There is a book plate attached to the end papers, the ribbon has some dust smudges and the gilding on the front cover has lifted slightly…I have taken pictures of all as part of the description.
