This is a very copy of the 1927 first edition printing of Carnegie Beam Sections, the technical publication put out by the Carnegie Steel Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This particular copy was maintained in the Engineering Department of the Carnegie Steel Duquesne Works. As noted, the book has some age-related wear, some stray marks, and an original owner on the inside front page, but overall is in great condition given age.
