An old third grade textbook about living in towns and cities. This book shows extensive use(likely by children) and while still intact and perfectly readable it does have significant wear, tear, blemishes, and staining. The lettering on the outside spine is almost worn away and the front cover is faded a bit. There is minor fraying/wear along all edges and a few of the pages are dog-eared as well.
