This is one of the earliest editions of The Dream Tree by Stephen Cosgrove. Cosgrove wanted to have his book affordable and widely accessible. so many of the paperback editions were originally priced at $1.00. This allowed bookstores, gift shops, and schools to offer them as inexpensive impulse purchases and encouraging children to build a collection one book at a time. The $1 on the cover of this book hints at being in the first printings of books for Seredipity. Genuinely a rare copy. Pages are crip, spine is solid and artwork is clear and free from markings. The only marking found is on the title page. The only tear is found on the bottom of the spine. See picture for details.
