This is “Scaino on Tennis” translated for the first time into English from the original Italian of the 1555 first edition, and published in a first limited edition (#152 of 250) by Strangeways Press in 1951. This copy is signed on the limitation page by P.A. Negretti, who contributed historical notes to the edition. There are reproductions of the original illustrations. An important copy of the first book ever published on the game of tennis.
